Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from recognised institutions. Both phone and fax orders are accepted, however, a formal requisition must follow via mail.

Please note
Custom made paper and paper products, other than the samples displayed on this site, require a minimum order of 100 sheets and may incur additional freight costs.

Payment Policy
Euraba Paper does not currently have offline credit card facilities. As such, we are unable to accept Visa, MasterCard etc offline.

Direct deposits are accepted, please contact Euraba Paper to obtain our branch and account number.

Cheques should be made out to 'Euraba Paper Aboriginal Corporation'.

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Prices are subject to variation and include GST (international orders exclude GST).

Packaging & Freight.
All packaging & freight related expenses are at the purchaser's expense, please contact Euraba for a quote.

There is a minimum charge of $10.00.

Customer Satisfaction
Euraba paper products are created to the highest standard. They are however, all handmade and as such slight variations may occur.

Due to the hand made nature of the paper, dimensions, colour  and weight will vary slightly. Please also allow sufficient turn around time as papers and product are generally tailored to order.

Damages in Transit.
If anything is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately.

You will need to keep all boxes and packaging for inspection. In general, damaged packages are the responsibility of the freight carrier. All freight damage claims must originate from the receiver.
