Thelma Bartman
« Back

Thelma was born in Goondiwindi on the 15th of April in 1964. She enjoys making paper and creating her artworks in any media. Thelma says "I come from a family of two, and I have four kids of my own." Thelma's mother, Stella O'Halloran, was a founding member of the Euraba Paper Company and Thelma has followed in her mothers' footsteps, being handed over the position of chief rag cutter when Stella retired. Their drawing styles and subject matter are uncannily similar, with a distinctive sketchy mark making in both of their work.
